Congratulations Mr & Mrs Shaun and Lana Thoms!
Not Your Average Cookie is very happy to share with you our first five tier wedding cake. Shaun and Lana hired Not Your Average Cookie to make everything from their engagement goodies, shower cupcakes and favours, stag and doe sweets, right down to their wedding cookie favours, wedding cake and late night buffet sweets.
Thank you to the newlyweds for their continued support!
The wedding cookie favours(not pictured) were wine glass sugar cookies frosted to look like white wine.
The wedding theme was a wine/ in the vineyard theme. The couple gave me free range to design the cake. There only request was that I use no fondant, as neither of them are fans. I chose to incorporate the black lace from their table linens and the cream/golden colour. Each tier was covered in an ivory buttercream and then wrapped with black lace. The middle tier of cake was made to look like a Parmesan cheese wheel that had been cut into. The images on the Cake are edible. Each tier had a different flavour cake but the frosting for all five tiers was vanilla butter cream.
In order to keep with the wine theme I chose a wine box to place the cake on and the table was decorated with faux grapes.

Welcome baby Titan!
Everything matched perfectly for Titans shower. We took the baby carriage image from the shower invitation and turned it into a edible image fondant topper for the large cupcakes.
We then went with a baby blue baby carriage cookie with brown details as the favour for each guest. Each cookie favour also had a personalized baby carriage 'thank you' tag.

Carmine and the Chocolate Factory

This birthday had it all! The invitations were designed by Social Bee, we took a regular large chocolate bar and put the Wonka logo on the front and wrapped the chocolate bar with it, but before doing so we carefully placed a 'Golden Ticket' invitation in each chocolate bar. Each guest received their own chocolate bar complete with golden ticket inside with all the party details.
Social Bee also printed a Candy Bar flag banner with match label tent cards and bubble gum paper to wrap the push pop display box.
The candy bar was complete with Push Pops, everlasting gobstoppers, sugar sticks, Wonka chocolate, cotton candy, a lollipop tree, candy necklaces and of course a Wonka Chocolate Bar Cake! Each child received a goody bag to fill with as much candy as they wanted from the candy bar and a Cake Push Pop as their party favours.
There were larger than life lollipops and lollipop garland.
This party was meant to make the adults feel like they were kids again.
